Brief introduction :
Purified Water is the important raw material during pharmaceutical production. It is penetrated into whole production process including raw material production.Purified water production,finished product preparation ,washing and cleaning .During pharmaceutical production. Purified water is a vital components.Our purified water products are arranged according to three-dimensional design of workshops .In strict accordance with new version GMP,EU,and FDA requirements .Provide clients with more rational technical products based on different raw water quality.
CY Water Equipemnt feature :
(1)Main components adopt imported products ,performance is more reliable . The system is no vulnerable parts ,the lifetime is more longer .
(2)There are protection system for pre-treatment device , the high pressure pump and RO membrane that damaged from particle and something . the low pressure switch also protect the high pressure pump ,for the too low pressure . if the tap water was stopped or too low pressure ,the water equipment will automatically stop .
(3)Advance protection system of membrane ,the system can automatically flush RO Membrane when the sytem start . by the water with high pressure can clean pollutant matter on the RO Membrane to reduce risk of the contamination ,so expand the lifetime of RO .
(4)The TFC Material of RO Membrane is high desalination rate which can keep high efficiency of equipment
(5) The flow meter of product water and concentreated water can monitor on-line to regulate outlet quantity and utilization rate of water . The more reasonable design is up to higher utilization rate of water
(6)The various instrument can continuously monitor water quality at any time ,such as conducivity meter of the raw water ,RO Water ,pressure gauge of inlet & outlet can continuously monitoring differential pressure of RO Membrane .There are cleaning device of RO Membrane in equipment .
(7)The whole system is controlled by PLC ,touch screen , and with sound and light alarm system .
(8)Quartz Sand , Activated Carbon ,the 1st & 2nd RO ,all of them are regularly disinfected by above 80℃ heat water .
(9) The whole equipment is automatic intelligent controlled by PLC ,touch screen , and the advance instrument can monitor on-line at any time .save labor costs ,the operation is more easier to drive on the control panel , More secure .
